The next step.
You will receive an email from me with a link for you to complete a New Client Intake that will ask detailed questions about your current health status, training, and lifestyle.
Once you complete that, your program will begin the following Monday. I'll also schedule a new client orientation with you to go over the program, set expectations, and help make sense of how to get started on the right foot.
