In order to get started on a custom, macro-based nutrition plan, I need to first learn about your current eating habits. To provide this information in the most accurate way, you need to track your food intake for one week before I can design a comprehensive plan that will work. The app I recommend using is MyFitnessPal. It is the most common and comprehensive food logging app out there.
When tracking it is essential you maintain “normal eating habits” to ensure accuracy. Do not worry about calories, food choices, or whether you are "doing things right". I'm simply looking for common eating habits & quantities your body is used to. The most important piece is to be honest and consistent with what you typically eat. I can promise you, there is zero judgement from me. I am not surprised by anything! I will not design a plan for you without this information.
