In order to get started, you must log your food for one week before I can design a comprehensive plan for you. The app I recommend using for a food log is MyFitnessPal. It is the most common and comprehensive food logging app out there. When you log, do not worry about calories, food choices, or whether you are "doing things right". I'm simply looking for common eating habits & quantities your body is used to. The most important piece is to be honest and consistent with what you typically eat. I can promise you, there is zero judgement from me. I am not surprised by anything! I will not design a plan for you without this information.
